Gerard Towers shareholders annually elect seven shareholders to represent them on the GT Board.

Committees: Residents of Gerard Towers have many opportunities to help manage their property. Some of the committees that are open to residents are:

Admissions Committee: Screens potential applicants for purchase.
• Communications Committee: Produces a newsletter and oversees the web site.
• Engineering Committee: Reviews plans and proposals for building renovations and other structural work.
• Finance Committee: Reviews the budget and long term financing.
• Gym Committee: Oversees the gym and provides the board with information on equipment needs.
• Pool Committee: Oversees all aspects of pool season, including annual pool parties.
• Landscaping Committee: Oversees the lush and luxurious grounds and landscaping.
• Legal Committee: Reviews contracts and other legal issues.
• Welcoming Committee: Welcomes new residents to the building.
